Tobi POI Workshop

It all began over 12 years ago on the streets of Portugal and Spain…
A lot has happened since then, and my beginnings as a street artist led me onto stages, into schools and to markets such as the Tollwood or the Sinnflut festival, at which I sold juggling gear and gave workshops for years.

My “POI” have since become as if grown onto me, constant travel companions. Even schoolkids in the mountains of India and street children in Morocco have already been able to experience and learn the liberating play with the “swinging balls”.

Playing POI is like a mind-freeing dance – comparable to meditation. It promotes our sense of balance, trains our body and our manual skills. It lets us escape everyday life and the stress of the world for a moment.

That is why I warmly invite you to get to know this toy for young and old, to learn new tricks, to laugh, to have fun.
