Camping
We provide several water points, which you will find at central spots such as the far end of the campsite and at the signpost on the way to the grounds. So a water canister of your own – ideally one with wheels, given the distance – is an advantage. You can fill up with water there free of charge.
On the grounds, you can wash your hands at the basins provided next to the mobile toilets.
!!! Please note: The water at the water points is not certified as drinking water. Consume at your own risk !!!
You may drive your car onto the camping areas and pitch a tent next to it. There is no longer a separate tent-only site. Our space is limited, so in everyone’s interest please keep the space for your car small, or park it in the car parks.
If you drive out again, we cannot let you back in – you will have to park in the designated car parks outside the campsite.
If you want to leave the campsite during the festival period, you should likewise park in the designated car parks outside the campsite.
Without a ticket or festival wristband, access to the campsites is not permitted.
No, our marshals will direct you and your vehicles into place one after the other. Ideally, arrive as a group at the same time in a convoy, otherwise you will most likely not be direct neighbours. If friends with tents arrive later, you can surely arrange with your neighbours to squeeze them in between. Keep escape and emergency routes clear – we have to be strict about that and unfortunately will have to move you on otherwise.
As a rule, we do not allow day visitors to stay overnight on the campsite.
If we catch you on the campsite the following evening with a day ticket, you have harmed us and our fellow festival-goers and we reserve the right to take further action.
The reason is that you would be obtaining services without paying the price we have to ask from everyone else, and would thus be living at the community’s expense without entitlement.

The camping and parking fee as well as the land-use fee are included in the ticket price.
For camper vans there is once again a parking area with space for tents. The marshals will direct your vehicles and take you to the most suitable spot available.
Because of the limited space in Dornstadt we have to get campers onto the campsite as quickly as possible, so as not to block the main access road to the village for the residents any longer than necessary. So if you are arriving with several campers, please line up in a convoy in the queue for the campsite. We cannot guarantee shared camping for latecomers.
When parking your vehicles, please save as much space as possible, for the sake of everyone who wants to arrive with a camping vehicle. Our marshals will be happy to help you.
Yes, that can happen. By entering/driving onto our event grounds/the camping area and the access routes, you agree that we may photograph or film you, as is customary at festivals, and may process and publish the material accordingly, ourselves or through third parties (e.g. our photographers, social media service providers, exhibitors…). Of course you can actively object. You will find your rights and all addresses in our privacy policy at Privacy Policy – Wudzdog Open Air Wudzdog Open Air.
Thank you – you are the best audience anyone could wish for.
Because you have left the campsite so clean over the past years, we will not be charging a rubbish deposit this year either. Please keep it up!
The campsite opens on Thursday at 9:00, and we ask you to leave the camping grounds by Monday 12:00 noon.
Parking and camping are only permitted with a valid entry wristband on the areas designated by us.
Parking and camping anywhere on the festival grounds without an entry wristband, as well as outside the festival grounds on the surrounding fields and private land and in the surrounding woods, is prohibited by special order of the public order office and the nature conservation authority and will be prosecuted by the police. Please stick to this so that we can keep holding our festival at this location.
Our helpers and the local fire brigades will direct you in the car parks. Please follow the traffic instructions without fail, as the narrow access and emergency routes mean we must strictly comply with the conditions imposed on us.
Parking and camping are at your own risk. We accept no liability for damage to parked vehicles or for stolen or damaged items!
To make sure all of you get wonderful festival days, we have set up a few rules for our camping area:
