Tribali's unusual and exciting sound arises from an unconventional palette of instruments and an unusual fusion of musical genres. Sitar, didgeridoo, electric guitar, bass, percussion, jew's harp, harmonica and hypnotic vocals merge effortlessly into a vivid presentation of Tribali's open and boundless genre, influenced by psychedelic and ethnic sounds, dub, ska, rock and blues.
Tribali's unique style can be seamlessly combined with almost any musical genre and has led to performances alongside various world-class acts such as Moby, The Prodigy, Faithless, Ziggy Marley, The Wailers, G3, John Butler, Wolf Mother, Crowded House and The Specials.
When the band was founded in 2004, it immediately embarked on a journey of live performances that captivated audiences and catapulted the band to one of the leading acts in Malta. Tribali released three studio albums and recently their eagerly awaited fourth album entitled Raba.
