In 2000 the first open air takes place in Dornstadt. It begins as a one-day event at which mostly Woodstock music is played. Despite 30 litres of rain shortly before the event, around 600 visitors come – the organisers are completely surprised by the huge response and not yet prepared for infrastructure, security or a fixed organisation. This is where the roots of Wudzdog lie.
