POWER STATION mean business. The four-piece from Dillingen in Bavarian Swabia are among the most authentic blues-rock acts of their generation. They carry on what AC/DC, the Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, ZZ Top and Canned Heat began in the seventies. In doing so they don’t sink into nostalgia but give the time-honoured their personal touch and so create their very own sound.

Anyone who sees POWER STATION live gets not just music but 4 young guys who live what they love. Be it Vince’s laid-back manner, Simon’s rhythmic precision or Johann, who steps into the foreground even from behind the drums. Michael Joseph is a frontman of the old school who has picked up an arsenal of show tricks from great entertainers and thought up a few of his own as well.

What’s more, each of the band members gets to step into the foreground once. And yet POWER STATION are always a team. Power Station is, that much is clear, the future of rock and roll.
